What is detention?
Extra money charged when a truck waits too long at pickup or delivery.
What is layover?
Extra money charged when a truck is delayed overnight.
What is TONU?
Truck Ordered Not Used. A cancellation fee when a truck was booked or arrived but the load was canceled.
What is a lumper fee?
An unloading fee, often paid by the driver, that may need reimbursement.
What is a rate confirmation?
The document that shows the load payment and rules.
What is a BOL?
Bill of Lading. The shipping document for the freight.
What is a POD?
Proof of Delivery. The document proving the load was delivered.
Why does a claim need review?
Because ClaimRivet only found partial proof or low-confidence information.
How does billing work?
ClaimRivet uses Stripe subscriptions. You can manage your plan, payment method, invoices, and cancellation through the billing portal.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings, choose Billing, and launch the Stripe customer portal. Your existing data remains available according to your account status.
